Jared specialises in real assets transactions across the sponsor and funds lifecycle, with particular depth in real estate, energy and digital & social infrastructure. He advises sponsors, fund managers and institutional investors on acquisitions, disposals, capital partnerships and portfolio transactions – and is also experienced in a range of capital and hybrid funding and structuring solutions.
He has advised clients including Blackstone, Invesco, KKR, Permira, Lightsource bp, Downer, Gaw Capital, Assembly Funds Management, Kinkora Investments and PAG across a range of sectors, including data centres, healthcare, energy transition, social infrastructure, and real estate.
