KWM was recognised for its role on these market leading deals, along with other firms who contributed to the transactions. The categories and deals included:
- Insolvency & Restructuring Deal of the Year: Paladin Energy restructuring
- Equity Market Deal of the Year: Transurban equity raising
- Debt Market Deal of the Year: World Bank Bond-i
- Energy & Resources Deal of the Year: Santos acquisition of Quadrant
The awards ceremony was held at The Star in Sydney on 23 May and was attended by the top legal talent across Australia and New Zealand.
