Andrea is a Senior Associate in the Sydney real estate team. Andrea assists clients with a broad range of real estate investment and development across the APAC region, with a focus on the development and investment in relation to data centres, logistics facilities and commercial offices.
Relevant Experience
- Tokyo Data Centre development: acting for a private equity developer and investor on development and investment in a greenfield data centre build-to-suit development in Tokyo
- Big Data Exchange: acquisition of 4 data centres in Indonesia by way of a spin-off from Indosat, a leading telco operator
- Australian Data Centre development: acting for a private equity developer and investor in relation to its EOI campaign of a hyperscale built-to-suit data centre in Western Sydney
- International institutional investor: acting for an international institutional investor in relation to their investment into an industrial portfolio in Australia, including in relation to co-investment arrangements
- ESR: on a joint venture (with Mitsubishi Estate Corporation) to acquire, develop and hold a 70,000 square metre prime industrial estate on a 12.1-hectre site in Pakenham known as “Enterprise Industry Park”
- ISPT: on two strategic acquisitions, including the $300m acquisition of 265 Dandenong Hastings Road, Dandenong South, Victoria and the acquisition of proposed Lots 8,9, 10 & 11, Stage 4, Melbourne Business Park, Hopkins Road, Truganina
