Caitlin specialises in real estate finance. She advises borrowers and lenders on all aspects of property-related financing including senior and mezzanine facilities, debt capital markets, construction funding and general corporate finance. Caitlin also has experience in structured finance and securitisation.

- Aareal Bank AG: advising Aareal Bank on the refinancings of GSA’s portfolio of student accommodation and Pro-invest’s Fund I hotel portfolio.
- Aliro: advising Aliro on the financing arrangements for its flagship industrial real estate vehicle.
- Aurizon: advising Aurizon in connection with the establishment of, and inaugural issuance under, its subordinated note programme.
- Lendlease: acting for Lendlease on its debt capital markets and bank debt platforms and those of a number of its managed funds.
- Major Australian bank: advising the lender on a loan-on-loan/back leverage refinancing of a shopping centre.
- Private credit: advising a global alternative investment manager on a Holdco financing for the acquisition of an interest in a Sydney CBD commercial office tower.
