- Housing Australia – acted for Housing Australia as lender on the structuring and provision of debt products to CHPs for social and affordable housing projects across Australia.
- I-MED - acted for I-MED on its $1.8 billion refinancing of existing syndicated facilities.
- Student accommodation providers – advised on the debt financing for a large student accommodation provider for housing in New South Wales and Western Australia.
