Rob Vienet is an intellectual property solicitor and registered trade marks attorney who has a particular focus on trade mark litigation, enforcement and prosecution. He also regularly advises clients on issues in relation to copyright and matters under the Australian Consumer Law.
Rob’s practice includes litigation in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and the Supreme Court of Western Australia, trade mark opposition proceedings before IP Australia and the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand, as well as devising and implementing prosecution and enforcement strategies.
Rob’s expertise has been publicly recognised, including as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards for the “Intellectual Property” category (2024) and as a key lawyer in The Legal 500 Rankings for “Intellectual Property in Australia” (2023).
