Torrin is a special counsel in Mallesons' International Funds team. Torrin specialises in international funds, advising fund managers in connection with the formation of private funds across different asset classes and their related governance arrangements.
Torrin's experience includes establishing Cayman Islands, Singapore, Australian and Luxembourg domiciled funds, involving a diverse range of institutional, sovereign wealth fund and pension fund investors in Europe, Asia, Australia, the US, Canada and the Middle East. She has worked on a number of high-profile regional fund launches for large global asset managers.
Torrin also advises investors and fund managers on co-investments, joint ventures and SMAs and covers LP mandates, including for superannuation funds.
With over 13 years' experience across Mallesons' Hong Kong and Australian offices, Torrin brings a wealth of experience and breadth of market insights for her clients.
