Adam is an energy and infrastructure lawyer specialising in project development, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures / capital partnering, commercial contracts, corporate work and regulatory advice. Adam advises across a broad range of industries and commodities, including gas, renewables (solar, wind and batteries), mining, carbon offsets and futures fuels (hydrogen and sustainable aviation fuels).
Adam has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide 2025 listing of Queensland Corporate & Commercial Law Rising Stars.
Adam’s experience includes:
- development and sale/purchase of various renewables projects;
- project and shareholder roles for NSW renewable energy zones;
- advising on all aspects of numerous greenfield pipelines, including early works, development agreements and GTAs;
- offshore wind joint venture arrangements;
- development, acquisition and disposal of upstream gas assets;
- the development and contracting of thermal and renewable generation for greenfield off-grid power developments and the North West Power System;
- development and funding of early stage sustainable aviation fuel projects;
- various early-stage hydrogen and ammonia projects; and
- acted for BG/QGC on the development of the QCLNG project.
