Angus Jamieson is a Senior Associate in the International Funds team, based in our Sydney office. Angus practices in the areas of investment funds and financial services regulation.
Angus advises Australian and offshore financial institutions and fund managers on matters such as fund establishment and investments, Australian financial services licensing requirements, product disclosure, custody, fund marketing, investment management and outsourcing arrangements.
