Dan is a Senior Associate in the Technology Law team in Mallesons' M&A group, based in Singapore. He has extensive experience in technology and telecommunications matters, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure and data centre projects across APAC. Dan advises operators, hyperscalers and enterprise customers on complex commercial arrangements, including colocation and master services agreements, and telecoms commercial and regulatory matters.
Clients engage with Dan for his clear and pragmatic advice, sector expertise and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Prior to joining Mallesons, Dan spent time as in-house counsel at a global payments technology company in Singapore, and at Chapman Tripp in New Zealand. He is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
