Jim Zovaro is a senior associate who advises on all areas of income tax affecting large corporations. Jim’s practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions and group restructures, and drafting and negotiating the documentation giving effect to those transactions. Jim also advises on issues specific to financial services groups, such as capital funding transactions and securities lending arrangements.
