Mandy is a Special Counsel in the Employee Relations & Safety team, with 15 years of experience across the full spectrum of employment and labour relations matters. Mandy advises some of Australia’s largest employers and biggest brands across a range of sectors including tertiary, transport, manufacturing, retail, agriculture and government.
Mandy has significant experience supporting clients on a range of matters including highly confidential workplace investigations into misconduct and sexual harassment (including at the senior executive level), the formulation and execution of industrial relations strategies and enterprise bargaining, large-scale workplace restructures, termination of employment and sexual harassment and discrimination matters.
As a highly experienced litigator, Mandy regularly acts for employers in matters before the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Fair Work Commission, the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
