Marc is a Senior Associate in the Sydney M&A team, having returned in January 2025 after working in London for three years.
Marc has ten years’ experience advising prominent listed and unlisted corporate groups, private equity houses and financial institutions in their public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and other strategic initiatives. He has experience in a wide range of sectors with particular expertise in the real estate space.

- Insignia Financial on its takeover via scheme of arrangement by CC Capital Partners, the largest contested public M&A transaction in Australia in 2025
- APA Group on its proposal to acquire AusNet Services Ltd and end exclusivity of Brookfield Asset Management with the associated Takeovers Panel proceedings
- Dexus on the reorganisation of Dexus stapled corporate structure;
- amaysim Australia Limited on the friendly takeover bid by WAM Capital Limited
- Westpac Banking Corporation on the proposed demerger of Westpac New Zealand business
- Starwood Capital Group on its hostile takeover bid for Australian Unity Office fund valued at $450 million
- OneMarket Limited on its $180 million demerger from Westfield Corporation.
Private M&A:
- KKR on its acquisition of Zenith Energy
- GPT on its establishment of a $1 billion Australian logistics joint venture with QuadReal Property Group
- Macquarie Asset Management on its establishment of a logistics, industrial and data centre real estate asset platform and subsequent asset acquisitions under such platform
- AustralianSuper on the competitive auction for the sale of AustralianSuper’s 16.8% interest in Ausgrid to APG Asset Management
- Brookfield on the proposed acquisition of a 70% interest in Singtel’s mobile telecommunications towers
