Patrick is a Special Counsel in the Sydney office of Mallesons. With over 15 years' experience in Australia and Europe, Patrick advises clients on commercial transactions involving outsourcing, procurement, information technology and intellectual property.
Patrick's clients operate across a range of sectors, in particular infrastructure, financial services, health, property and retail. He also acts on corporate and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on IP and IT issues, transitional and separation issues and ongoing supply arrangements.
Before joining Mallesons, Patrick trained and worked for 6 years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.
