Selena specialises in asset finance, general banking and structured finance. She has experience in advising financiers on a range of corporate financing and structured finance products. Prior to joining Mallesons, Selena worked for an international law firm in Sydney and Hong Kong.

- Acting for various investment banks in connection with syndicated lending and corporate financing transactions across APAC region.
- Acting as Australian law counsel for aircraft financing and/or leasing transactions for major financiers and lessors
- Acting for major airline on its Japanese lease financings for A350-900 and A350-1000 aircraft.
- Acting for major airlines in connection with general corporate financing and finance leasing transactions.
- Acting for Australian airline and its subsidiaries in connection with various matters including lease financing, lease novation, general financing and general leasing for its aircraft fleet.
- Acting for lessors in connection with lease restructuring of aircraft.
- Acted for lessees in connection with financing of yellow goods.
- Acting and advising private banking branch of investment banks on various property financing matters involving foreign borrowers and/or obligors.
