Aaron is a Senior Associate based in Singapore. He advises clients on technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), digital infrastructure and traditional infrastructure transactions across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Aaron regularly supports technology companies, investors and multinational businesses on complex commercial contracts, technology procurement, digital infrastructure investments and cross-border transactions. He combines deep technology-sector experience with a strong infrastructure background, advising governments, authorities, sponsors and developers on major energy, water and port projects. Before joining Mallesons, Aaron practised with leading international law firms in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Aaron speaks English, Malay and conversational Mandarin and Cantonese.
