Anna Della Marta is a Senior Associate in the financial services regulation team at Mallesons. Anna advises on financial services regulation, with a focus on AML/CTF, payments regulation, sanctions, financial services licensing, consumer credit and privacy.
She acts for global and domestic banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, digital platforms and marketplaces, professional services firms and fintechs.
Anna has completed two secondments with the financial crime legal team of a major bank, advising on AML/CTF reforms and day-to-day financial crime issues.

- Major Bank: Advising in respect of the acquisition of a financial institution by way of the Financial Sector (Transfer and Restructure) Act 1999 (Cth) (FSTRA), including customer migration, contractual arrangements and the operation of the FSTRA.
- ASX100 Company: Advising on the launch of a white-label home loan product, including consumer credit, payments regulation and financial services licensing advice, agreement drafting and negotiation, marketing collateral review and internal training
- Large Multi-National Technology Company: Advising on financial services licensing issues in respect of the implementation of insurance product and protection plan offerings.
- Mutual Bank and Credit Union: Advising on the transactional and regulatory aspects of transferring a significant prepaid card portfolio, including partner disengagement arrangements, transfer documentation and engagement with regulators.
- Property Developers, Shopping Scentre Managers, Investment Managers and Major Banks: Advising a variety of clients on the impact of the AML/CTF reforms, including the application of the new value transfer services and “Tranche 2” designated services.
