Chris is a Senior Associate with strong experience advising on major infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on renewable energy.
He specialises in front-end project development and the drafting and negotiation of key construction, works, services, supply, services, and interface contracts and agreements. Chris also advises clients in relation to contracting and wider project strategy. He has a broad skill set and experience in running bespoke procurement processes in both the public and private sector.
Chris has extensive Australian and international experience in contractual arrangements for energy projects including EPC, EPCM, ECI, D&C and O&M contracts, project agreements, procurement and supply agreements, consultancy agreements and connection agreements, particularly in respect of solar and wind projects.
In addition to over 1.5GW of constructed or under construction renewable energy experience, Chris has played an active role in the development, sale and acquisition of major infrastructure projects, including airports, hospitals, ports and shopping centres.
