Matthew is a Senior Associate in the Mallesons' Private Capital team. Matthew advises on a broad range of transactional matters for financial sponsors, including private M&A transactions, shareholder agreements and management equity plans. He regularly advises sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions, minority investments and exits across a variety of sectors.
Matthew has represented clients with interests in a wide range of industries, including healthcare and corporate wellness, technology and data infrastructure, professional services and retail.
