AirTrunk: advised AirTrunk on its approximately A$4.6 billion multi-tranche sustainability-linked financing and associated hedging facilities.
Data centres: advised mandated lead arrangers, bookrunners and underwriters across several financings for the development of data centres in Australia.
Land registries: acted for several land registries businesses on several refinancings.
On The Run: advised the club lenders to the On The Run Group in providing approximately $900 million in corporate financing, including on the sale of the operating business to Viva Energy.
Palisade: advised Palisade on the portfolio financing for the Intera renewables platform.
