- Equitable subrogation dispute: Acting for a syndicate of lenders in proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia regarding the applicability of the doctrine of equitable subrogation in the context of a security trust arrangement.
- Woodside: Acting for Woodside in proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia arising out of the decommissioning of the Northern Endeavour and remediation of the Laminaria-Corallina oil fields.
- True North Copper: Advising KordaMentha in relation to the administration, sale and restructure of True North Copper Limited and its subsidiaries.
