  • Equitable subrogation dispute: Acting for a syndicate of lenders in proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia regarding the applicability of the doctrine of equitable subrogation in the context of a security trust arrangement.
  • Woodside: Acting for Woodside in proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia arising out of the decommissioning of the Northern Endeavour and remediation of the Laminaria-Corallina oil fields.
  • True North Copper: Advising KordaMentha in relation to the administration, sale and restructure of True North Copper Limited and its subsidiaries.
  • Mining executive: Acting for a client in defending allegations concerning misuse of confidential information and directors’ duty claims in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
  • Probuild/WBHOI: Advising Deloitte in relation to the administration of the Probuild group of companies, including proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia regarding the adjudication of proofs of debt worth $170 million in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
