Anthony Farag is a Senior Associate in the Private and Public M&A Team, based in our Sydney Office. Anthony brings a focus on mergers and acquisitions and funds (including funds law and regulation) law for both wholesale and retail funds, with a focus on the property and infrastructure space as well as financial services.
Anthony is an experienced practitioner and regularly advises Australian and international fund managers / sponsors and investors on fund establishment, structuring, restructuring, stapling, JV, club, and related funds management matters, as well as related regulatory matters (such as product disclosure and Australian financial services licensing).
