  • Australian Banking Association: Assisting the ABA with its response to the Callaghan Independent Review and drafting the 2025 Banking Code of Practice.
  • Major Bank: Assisting with all regulatory aspects of the migration and transfer of customers from an acquired bank into the bank’s main and digital bank offerings.
  • Large Australian bank: Advising on the redevelopment of the bank’s AML/CTF Program, including assisting with the response to an AUSTRAC remediation.
  • Major Bank: Assisting with the digitisation of the bank’s trade division, including standardising product terms and advising on electronic execution requirements.
  • Various major Australian and global banks and major investment bank: Unfair contract terms review of standard documentation relating to retail and wholesale products.
  • International insurance company: Advising on Australian sanctions requirements for insurance policies, including assisting with various sanctions permits to the Australian sanctions office.
