Madeleine Coates has over 10 years’ experience advising sponsors, developers and financiers on major construction and infrastructure projects, including the project financing of those projects.
Madeleine has a particular focus on the renewable energy sector and has advised on numerous wind farms, solar farms, battery energy storage systems and hybrid projects across Australia. In addition to this, she also has broad experience across real estate development projects and PPPs.
Her expertise covers the full life-cycle of large-scale projects, including project development, construction and maintenance contracting, revenue contracting, project financing and contract administration and claims management.
